No special reason why I take a trip to Japan. But I am sure that I need relax after almost whole year. Be in a different place, walking in a strange street, listening to foreign language…getting rid of familiar city, far away from office, in the place without the schematic figures, simulation plots, meetings, that is what I need. Japan is friendly to foreigners especially for us Taiwanese need not visa. And we know Taiwan has some kind of unusual emotion with Japan due to its past history.
However, I didn’t consider much to choose Japan for my trip. After made this decision, I started to plan the details. Like last year journey to Beijing, I would like to visit far resorts first and then tour around in city later.
富士五湖, called for the five lakes surround Fuji Mountain pronounced “Fujigoko” in Japanese, is the main resort of my trip. It locates far from Tokyo about 100km. It seems not as famous as other resorts in Kanto of Japan. That’s great for me who dislike crowds. I am going to visit there at middle November and wish to meet the red leaves. It’s the season that maple leaves start falling. I look forward to the beautiful scene at the side of the lake, or the hill near the lake, with Fuji Mountain. It must be wonderful. I wish the sky is clear during the days I stay.
東京, Toyko doesn't attract me who do not love shopping. But one thing I google catch my eyes. 都電荒川線, Toden Arkawa Line, an old streetcar line in old Toyko. I am not a railway fan but I am interested in old stuffs. Maybe I will see a lot of differences others ignore.
Hope I'll have a nice journey.
